Online Ordering?

     Online Ordering > enter password (found on order form) > double click thumbnail to enlarge image and see product options > click on the blue shopping cart next to product to add to cart.

To order the Digital Suite Package > enter password > add package to shopping cart > select print size and click check mark to add to package. If combining prints for siblings from another gallery press the X to close picture, select find my photos (top left of screen) and enter password.

When is picture day?

Posters should be on display at your school advertising the picture date and a reminder notice will be sent home approximately two weeks prior to photo day.

How can I prepare my child for picture day?

Keep your child relaxed and ready to be themselves. Please refrain from telling your child to smile or "say cheese", this causes unnatural smiles and makes it extremely difficult to capture their true personality. 

What should my child wear for picture day?

  • Choose solid colors or small patterns that complement the background. Avoid wearing white if possible, it takes focus away from the face.
  • Steer clear of fluorescent colors, they reflect color casts on faces, necks and hair. 
  • Wear layers, layers add dimension and depth; try layering with necklaces, sweaters or scarves.

Can my child be photographed before lunch, gym or recess?

We work with your child's school to schedule pictures when it's least disruptive to the classroom and their schedule, if this is not possible we have an assistant available to help the student look their best for their picture.

What if I don't like my child's portrait?

We try our best to capture each child's personality, but if we were not able to meet your expectation, there is no obligation to purchase. If a make-up day is offered, return the proof with a note indicating how you would like us to improve the photograph on make-up day.

What if I don't like my child's portrait but have already paid for it?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your final product, you may return your photos for a full refund.

What if I received the wrong package or items are missing?

If anything is wrong with your order, contact Life Expressions Photography at (423) 741-4810 or Wendy@LifeExpressionsTN.com, so that the correction to your order can be followed up on immediately. We apologize for this inconvenience but errors sometimes occur.

Does the school benefit from my portrait order?

In most cases, a percentage of the sales is donated back to the school as part of their fundraising program.

I love my child's photograph, but I didn't order enough portraits, how do I order more?

All orders include a print summary that has a protective password and website to order more prints online.
